01. Brief
Due to the Corona Virus Crisis, The Sun Project studio, expert in creation of Augmented Reality filters, wanted to support front line workers.
The goal was to create the first community filter in collaboration with more than 100 international creators on Instagram.


02. Process
Concept is clear, how to impact positively the IG Sphere by using our creators skills and our (lovely) Community ?
The Sun Project sent a public message and invite Instagram filter creators to join them.
Focus on 1 unique Topic : Instagram Filters can be useful to show support
Brainstorming
All creators thought about their idea and brought it to the Facebook group we made.
Then we all voted for our favorite idea by a community vote.
Crafting & Spreading
We crafted all designs and the Augmented Reality Experience.
At this time, we were at the beginning of lockdown, every single creators needed files to also posted it on their own Instagram page.
Final goal of this filter was not to create awareness for our studio but to spread the message as much as possible and create a movement.
Creators and us translated the main file in 25 languages.
Broadcasting
We sent press release to few international and local medias to spread the information.
LadBible, #1 Social Media creator in UK was moved by the message and decided to be part of the project as a creator. They posted it on their own account and promoted it with specific stories during the release session.
03. Challenge accepted !
We created few contents to involve people and let them using this interactive and unique social experience.
